Excellent dentist. She had to do two very big cavities that were deep. Her expertise may have helped avoid a root canal. When she got closer to the nerves she switched to slow drill to avoid damaging the nerves. To minimize the pain and increase the chance of success she put in pulp cap. The cavities were so large that a circular retainer had to be put in to hold the filling in place until the composite filling hardened in a few minutes. Then came the shaping of the surface by removing the excess filling, which she did an excellent job of.

I never do reviews but This place is horrible and unorganized- first off the receptionist is rude started cursing and arguing with the Assistant. I waited 2 hours at the office to be seen (that's with an apt) because the assistant wasn't aware I was there waiting? In that 2 hours they had a t.v blasting which was playing Muary talking about rape and sex addiction thank God I didn't have my daughter with me! I finally go back and there is construction stuff around. I sit down and wait to get an X-ray wait another 45 minutes for the doctor to take a 2 second look at the x ray to tell me she has to refer me to a specialist. I did not get acknowledged once by the doctor until I complained about the wait. Not even a 'I'll be right with you' then to top it all off the dentist didn't even take a look inside my mouth?? I thought this was a dentist? And still charged my insurance company a emergency office visit exam. I go to check out and the receptionist is running around frantically helping 5 people at once so once again ANOTHER 25 minute wait TO CHECK OUT. She then argues that it was booked as an emergency visit mind you I booked this appt last Thursday- so the doctor didn't have time to examine my mouth.... the receptionist spelled my name wrong 3 times on the prescription... my gosh just the worst experience ever. I work in the medical field and would never imagine treating a patient the way I was treated. I will never return to this office and if I were you I'd stay away!!
