Its sad when you're 11 yr old is in tears walking away from the place because the dental assistance's laughed at her jaw that clicks when she bites down. 3 of them made her open her mouth plenty of times and shut it and her jaw would click (not every time but sometimes) and grown ass adults start laughing and speaking Spanish. My daughter said she will never go back. I got the call before her appointment and told the lady and she asked if I didn't mind telling her why we won't be back so I said my daughters standing right her she can tell you. Put my daughter on the phone and she explained everything to them, from the lady taking her glasses and walking around with them and taking my daughter from room to room,til they got one room and then giving my daughter her glasses back(that's another thing parents can't come back with the child) but it doesn't matter when u have a 11 almost 12 yr old they can tell u how unprofessional This place is and I did notify my insurance because in all my daughters life going to dentists she never walked away with tears in her eyes saying, I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN MOM.No you won't daughter... Find a new place people I recommend that...

I am picky / choosy and I really like them. I canceled on Dr Gift ( also on Dale Mabry) as he was over 45 mins late into the consultation. His smugness of telling me Ill be back and when he does the surgery really turned me off. I was searching for a genuinely nice surgeon. I found one. I actually found one who waited on ME! I had an incident in the parking lot which delayed my entry and they were calm, understanding and more professional than I had anticipated. They really seemed to care about my son and they made sure he was comfortable. They explained everything well and gave me options to fit my budget. They also double checked the pricing with my insurance company since I thought it was cheaper ( and it was) how often do high volume receptionists call you back within 20 minutes?? from billing to extractions, I was impressed all around.

Horrible. I consider myself to be one of those few individuals who actually loves going to a dentist. Now it makes sense to me why people have such a fear of going to see a dentist. It is simply because places like this exist. Do NOT go here. I would not go here if you paid me to.

I am giving 4 stars because of the great job that the dentist and her assistants did with my 3 small children and me. They were patient and friendly, and talked with my children on their level. I wish that the front office receptionists were as friendly and patient but they were not overtly rude. We did wait a while and the waiting area did not seem exceptionally clean. Wish there was a nicer area to let the kids relax while we waited our turn. Also, wish the rooms themselves were more child friendly. My kids were scared as they entered the stark rooms with bare walls and white/light blue furnishings. We will return though because the most important thing is the actual care being given and that was great.

I made my appointment here specifically to assess whether my wisdom teeth needed to be pulled. They claimed I needed over $4,000 of dental work done there BEFORE they would refer me out to the dental surgeon to check my wisdom teeth. Do not recommend or trust.
