My first time visited this dental office. The receptionist lady isn't that friendly on the phone as well as face to face interaction. The feeling is not pleasant and warmth. However, the hygienist, Pamela, is the best and awesome! She is very polite, caring, always with pleasant smiles ((for the whole process) and informative when she did the x-ray and cleaning for me. Dr. Braun is okay but can be better. I expect more personal in communication and friendliness/smile from him during explanation and recommendation. Overall, it is a great dental visit experience if you ignore the receptionist performance.

I had a complete brain fart and forgot my appointment. When I saw my phone ringing and noticed was the dentist I decided to call them to let them know I had forgotten. I didn't want them to sit around and wait for me in case they had the chance to go home early. The woman who answered the phone gave me such a hard time about missing the appointment that I just said forget it.. cancel the appointment and I'll go somewhere else. This was the first time I've ever missed an appointment. I really don't need this woman talking to me as if I was a child. The place is dirty and run down anyways. Paint and sheet rock is peeling and chipping off the walls and there's clutter all over. There are plenty of better offices out there.

Each visit has been very pleasant thanks to Dr. Braun and his staff. Dr. Braun is always calm, collected and really easy going. He is very good with explaining what’s going on and what needs to be done while minimizing any pain and unnecessary expenses. The work I have had done so far has been quality and pretty pain free. The staff is also really nice and organized. No discomfort while getting my teeth cleaned. I’m happy to have found a great dentist and staff! Highly recommended!

Friendly people, excellent and painless checkups, and prompt appointments. This is the best dentist's office I have ever been to.

They are always very pleasant and polite and accommodating with my family's schedules. We've been very pleased with the dentists and hygienist.
