Oh how I wish I could score this place as a zero! Let’s see where should I start.. First and foremost STAY AWAY! They charged my insurance and me for cavities that they never filled and refused to give me my refund.They also sent me other patients information and X-rays with my name on the bottom which is CRAZY! The person was missing a tooth and didn’t have their wisdom teeth which was interesting because I haven’t lost any teeth nor got my wisdom teeth taken out yet. Also I got crowns put on and when I explained that I was not happy and that they looked grey I was told that the dentist who did them “can’t do anything better but could make them worst if I wanted him to”. 

The best part is the owner is harder to get in touch with them the president. Apparently he is on vacation every other week and cancels every appointment set with him. When I finally seen him at the office I asked to speak with him regarding my concerns and he refused to speak with me and literally ran away. Just so you know I am a 5 ft 25 year old (not very intimidating) �.

Take it if from a person who they messed up and damaged 6 of my perfectly healthy teeth do not go to them and run away as fast as Dr.K (the owner) ran away from me�.

Just finished part 2 of deep cleaning with Jen and I feel great!  Not sore at all and I only had topical anesthesia!

My family and I have been patients of KK Dental for years now and definitely recommend it to anybody who maybe looking for a new dentist. The staff here is extremely friendly. They greet everyone with a smile- the effect of which is often times under appreciated; it helps to create a comfortable environment and allay anxieties which may be associated with a doctor’s visit for patients. With dental insurances being an enigma, it is very easy to get lost in the system when trying to navigate it alone. This can be frustrating and can easily lead to using the office as a scapegoat. However, as patients it is our due diligence to understand both sides of the equation- in my experience the staff at KK Dental have been very* responsive to all my insurance/ billing questions; they go above and beyond to make sure that I understand the process and really help me make an informed decision regarding the correct path for me. Last but definitely not least, the doctors here are extremely well qualified with excellent bedside manners who do not cut corners or compromise on the quality of care. I want dentists who are perfectionists at what they do, who have my well being in mind and who don't perform unnecessary procedures- that is exactly what I find at KK Dental!
