Came down from Canada to have a torn ACL surgery done on our dog because I was told the cost is much less in Great Falls. Although the building is old, it was clean inside. After the surgery, I met with Dr. Helms and he explained what they did and follow up care. I usually can pick a person in less than a minute and within seconds of meeting him, I knew what a fine man he is. He spent as much time as I needed to answer all my questions. Perhaps being in a simple building and low key location helps in keeping costs down, but I believe he is one of those people that wants to help others and cares for an animals' well being.

HORRIBLE STAFF!!! The dr wasn't too bad but we waited 30mins for a literal 2 min visit with him. I was skipped for check in when I first got there then after doing the check in paperwork the woman at the counter just walked away... no "have a seat" nothing, for 30mins! I would have been happy if even 1 person came out and said "hey very busy day today it'll be just another few mins" not to mention all of the staff in there was rude, short and never looked you in the eye. Would never go back and never recommend. Horrible first impression and too pricey for this scary crack in the wall....
