Prices are outrageous!! Took my lab puppy to his last check up and his ears were bothering him, so valley offered to look at his ears. They didn't explain to me beforehand that just that simple procedure would cost $$ and my vet bill went from a routine puppy check up to almost $200 because of ears!! They do not take payments or american express! Called around when it came time to neuter my pup and there price was $300+ when other places in town were less than $200!! Way over priced, doesn't tell you about how much things will cost before hand! Going somewhere else from now on.

Sunny had her post op today after her surgery and the staff was just so wonderful and happy to see her. She pranced around on her now 3 legs and did a little dance for the crew. The Vet and office Manager were so amazing today and so were the techs. Sunny feels very special at Valley Vet.

Smells like pee when you walk in the door.  Extremely poor service. I was told one price when I stopped in to ask and when I went there for the appointment was told there would be additional charges.  PLEASE READ THEIR RESPONSE and others that have given them a poor review. They try and make it seem like it is your fault.  I stopped there a week before for pricing and they never offered for me to talk with a vet.  Also, Kurt F is likely an employee that put a 5 star review for them, he will go put a bad review on your business in response to any bad review here.

Always professional and know their animals.  They have saved my dog and cat from death...can't thank them enough!

This is my first visit. My dogs are very timid and scared of everyone. The first vet tech that I had an encounter with was so sweet and gentle. She talked to her and got on the floor until kunk came to her. Very impressed. Changing vets for sure.
