I ordered online. I didn’t receive a confirmation email and about 45 minutes had gone by. I called to see if my order was on the way. A man answered the phone and before getting any information from me at all just said he didn’t have an order. He then said I ordered from the wrong website. When I tried to say I ordered from the correct website he then said I called the wrong number, I must be trying to call a different restaurant. I couldn’t even get a full sentence in before he would just interrupt me again. I ended up hanging up and just ordering pizza. He then called me back about 10 minutes later and said they found my order, the ticket had just been sitting there for an hour and they didn’t see it. I told him I ordered from another place already and before I could finish the sentence he said, “cancel order cancel order!” He never apologized for telling me I was wrong and ordered from the wrong website or called the wrong restaurant.

I have order from this location SEVERAL times. And had only 2 issues. I order a chicken and broccoli combo w/ WHITE RICE. Now understand their combos come with fried rice. I DO NOT EAT PORK. And the rice is fried with pork! I have established this mistake prior and understood that i needed to make it clear i wanted WHITE rice. I placed and order today as usual with the combo and WHITE rice. They delivery was extremely late which is out of their normal so when i called to check on the order the guy spoke really fast and hung up on me. This was around lunch time so i UNDERSTAND THE RUSH OF BUSINESS. Once the delivery arrived and i opened it i immediately noticed it was fried rice. I called immediately and the guy YELLED AT ME telling me i order it with fried rice because that’s WHAT HE WROTE DOWN. HUMANS MAKE MISTAKES. I paid with my credit card and he did not offer a new meal or money back! He proceeds to yell over me as I’m trying to explain I know the meal comes that way but i DO NOT eat pork. He set the phone down as i was explaining myself and continued taking orders in the back. I stated THEY WILL NEVER GET NY SERVICES AGAIN! I can’t believe how rude he was!

I ordered online, easy to order, the delivery man was nice as can be. And the food was amazing!!!

Horrible place they delivered me raw chicken then and was absolutely rude about returning my money would not even let me explain myself or what was going on
