Great sandwiches and superb soups.
The way to order your food and pick up needs to be re-evaluated.  One person takes your order and most times the person ordering is not sure what to get so they hold up the line.
After ordering they go to the register and for some reason she is as slow as molasses trying to work the register, answer the phone, answer questions, and deal with take out orders standing at the register.
Only 1/2 hour lunch?  Yeah....Don't go here. You spend that in line unless non peak lunch hour.

It's not easy for an establishment to gain, and lose that same customer in a thirty minute time frame. Today being my first visit, everything sounded and looked delicious. After ordering two loaves of bread, a coffee cake, two cookies, I ordered two grilled cheese sandwiches and a salad for me and my guest. After customers ahead of us were served their orders, everyone that ordered after us received theirs. After standing there for twenty five minutes waiting for these two grilled cheese and salad, I finally had to ask an employee how to obtain a refund for them. the entire time we were present, not a single employee mentioned or told us the reason for the delay. This was a to go order, so we were standing next to the register pick up area the entire time. I Would not recommend this company, unless you enjoy spending a large portion of your free time waiting for a sandwich. Customer care and service are truly lacking. I was forced to get a refund for the entire order as the cashier, being quite unfriendly about the situation,  was unable to refund just the sandwiches and salad. Alas I left this establishment with absolutely nothing but a wasted lunch break and aggravation. There are multiple bakeries and deli options in Goldsboro and the surrounding areas which I have been to multiple times without an issue. do not put your trust or confidence in this company as you will be disappointed in the way they handle their errors. Customer service is key, especially when you're charging $8+ dollars per loaf of bread.

Everything here is delicious and the best part is .....no preservatives!!  Very fast, courteous service!
