Jerry was an awesome instructor. I have never left a review before, but I had such a great experience with the school I felt the need to. Highly recommend the school to anyone getting into EMS.

I took the paramedic course about 13 years ago. The instructors were awesome and because of their teaching, I worked for an ambulance service until suffering a back injury. I was well prepared for working as an EMT. I am now considering getting my basic license back and I will definitely be going back to Great Lakes EMS Academy.

We used Great Lakes EMS Academy for our employees' CPR/AED training certifications. They have came onsite to our facilities and the instructor Kallie Piette is AMAZING! She is very outgoing and engaging. They are very flexible with your schedule and accommodate to your needs. We definitely recommend her and Great Lakes EMS!

Great Lakes staff has been very helpful and responsive.  They are great to work with and show genuine concern for their students.
