We had our furnace stop working at 3.00am, after looking for the "24 hour services" and being given the run around, we contacted Great Lakes at 7.30am. They had someone over at 9.00am, and they advised that we needed a new furnace. Josh came in 30 min later and was very helpful in the whole process. the following day Tony and Larry were at my house and installed the new furnace. I must say, i would not want to go through losing a furnace, but if i did, Great Lakes will definitely my choice. I do recommend their outstanding service through the whole thing. Tony and Larry were very helpful in explains the ins and outs of the new furnace and thermostat and how to properly maintain. Thank you Great Lakes

Dan did a great job checking out the furnace and humidifier. He and all the Great Lakes Heating and AC people have been very kind and informative, willing to answer my questions that I may do my part between visits. I really appreciate having the maintenance agreement. It's worth it to me to have these guys come out twice a year to keep our furnace and AC running smoothly!

Some rooms in my house were not heated well. I called Great Lakes, 100$ for the visit. They said my furnace needed replaces, $7,400 quote. I call another guy to check... he saw the furnace was ok, the filter was just super dirty... He replaced it and everything was fine.

Amy Scott told us about the good, the bad, the ugly on our old equipment. She was very professional, polite, took time to answer questions, no high pressure, really cared about taking care of our Air Conditioning needs, showed us different options to fit our budget, superb in every way.        
Jeff and his assistant, were very professional in their looks, uniforms, speech, very respectful of our home, the installation, took their time, worked hard, very diligent in doing a high quality installation. Explained what they were doing, and showed me how to take of our new air conditioner. Love the cushioning boot, flexable ducting to make the unit quiet. Amy and the installation team are superb in customer care and service. We are very happy our new ac. Great Lakes is Excellent and Highly recommended because of the great sales and service team you have, and quality equipment you offer. Also the unbelievable $20 down to start, and the long time be fore paying in full, to make sure that we were satisfied with the ac and it’s performance.  Amazing and unheard of today. Greatly appreciated.

Our tech Erich is always wonderful. My kids know he has sugar gliders and he always takes time to show them pictures and answers any questions they have about them. It's nice to have someone work in our home who is always so considerate to the kids!
