Great Nails and Spa continues to impress me with each visit! Not only is it a clean, classy, and tranquil environment, the service is always second to none! Mr. Chu, Vanessa, and Nick have never disappointed, but all the staff is well trained and courteous, so you can guarantee you'll be in good hands at Great Nails! The prices are competitive and the services always last for 1 month+ each time! I'll never go anywhere else!

This place has first class service. I knew as soon as I walked through the door that I was about to relax and I did! Daniel took his time (grant it -it was a Tuesday) and between the music and the overall atmosphere I was in full relaxation mode. Highly recommended.

Place looked great! Just not the customer service and the final product. I don't mind spending 70 dollars on a great manicure and pedicure. That's not what I got at the end. Final product was terrible and it looked like it was done by myself. Dan was aggressive and very rude. I don't really write reviews... but this very disappointing. I even called to speak to the manger, but instead dealed with a rude employee. She said " I don't need to tell you my name. My manger isn't here and I don't know when he will be here" ...

Great Nails & Spa in Highland Village is a wonderful place. From the minute you walk in the door you immediately start to relax and de-stress. Vanessa & Andy, the owners, run a 1st class salon and their technicians are the best. It is so refreshing to see the staff so happy and they are very welcoming. It is a joy to spend 1-2 hrs. at this salon and the staff are like my family. Make an appointment today and tell Vanessa and Andy I sent you.

Today, I witnessed the most disrespectful encounter between Dan and a woman that claims she is the "manager" yelling and cursing at two young customers. The place was beautiful but the customer service by the two employees were terrible. However, the other employees were wonderful. I couldn't believe what I saw today. I don't plan to ever return after witnessing such a dramatic event.
