Took my older cat there for check up & shots, etc. Very nice people, although not the warm fuzzy type. I had to wait almost an hour for someone to see me, which I thought rather unusual, since I had an appointment. The price was not particularly a discounted price, but that was okay considering I was probably supporting a lot of lost pets. The tech who was actually in the room with me was very nice and very fuzzy. No pun intended. But we got done what we needed to get done and we were out of there. I like the idea of supporting a homeless shelter for the kitties and doggies.

This place is slightly more expensive than Spay and Neuter KC when it comes to spaying and neutering BUT my experience here far outweighed my experience at SNKC. The technicians were very sociable and friendly and you get to meet with the doctor before the procedure, which I cannot say for SNKC. The facilities seemed much more organized and had an overall nicer, more comfortable feeling. It was a very welcoming atmosphere. One of my dogs had complications and when I called they were very prompt in getting me a follow up appointment and doing an additional surgery even though it was a Saturday when they typically don't do surgeries. They went out of their way to make my dogs comfortable. It was a very good experience and I highly recommend them.

It's alright. We had an appointment at 7:30, right when they opened, so we arrived early. They didn't unlock the door until 7:30 on the dot, and when they did, didn't even bother to open. The tech just unlocked it and walked away even though she could plainly see a line of people waiting to get in. The first get we saw there was extremely loud in the room. It almost hurt my ears, since there is nothing soft to absorb the sound, it probably hurt my dogs ears. Overall our few experiences there were not great. Just could use a little more customer awareness I think...

Sometimes can be a long wait and they are quite expensive. BUT you pay for what you get! They show lots of love and patience to your pet! Top Quality Care! The team there is EXTREMELY AWSOME!! Adopted at ASPCA lil over a year ago....highly recommend.

Great place to go and adopt! They also have vet care available to the public with all money going back to care for the pets. This is a no-kill shelter. I adopted a kitten from here 1 1/2 years ago.
