Honestly don't understand the poor reviews on this storage place. They were very friendly to me and were priced fairly. Easy to get in and out of, as well personable and helped me in selecting whatever needs I had when I was moving. The only complaint I had with them is the times I can get to the unit. I liked to have the ability to get to my unit at any time of day, but I can totally understated why there is time restraints, and the fact that I don't feel the need to go at 1am to my storage unit to visit my packed furniture.

APATHETIC: adjective 1. having or showing little or no emotion: apathetic behavior. 2. not interested or concerned; indifferent or unresponsive 3. Great Value Storage - Boardman Ohio Absolutely terrible customer service. 1) You can not call direct - their number is usually redirected to a central office. 2) They will not call you back. I actually believe their phones are not capable of out going calls. 3) Will respond by email when it's convenient for them. Usually too late to assist or solve an issue. They are not the cheapest in the area so you would think they would offer some service. Zero. Don't know how they stay in business. I truly believe they just don't care. There are people going through transitional stages in life like moving, downsizing, or deaths (our case). Anxiety is already high and the last thing we need lack of empathy. My advice: Take your storage needs and hard earn dollars elsewhere. There's plenty other storage units in the area

It Is horrible and terriable. Do not ever use this storage. No trash cans can use ,nothing. Charge u fee even didn't notice to u. Increase rental every month. We cleaned the storage before we leave and left some boxes in there but we did told the officer. However a month later,she told us she helped us throw the boxes away and need to charge u label fee $65. No wonder people move out a lot. The truck parked over nigh which we paid money and the window broken. Didn't cover it too.pls. do not use this storage. Thank you!

I paid extra for climate control and there was mold all over my stuff they also say that they spray for critters and I had mice feces all over my stuff and in my mattress. I would never use these people again and suggest no one else does either!
