Don't bother with this company. Avoid at all costs. Like many others I got the night before dive cancellation and I had no chance to reschedule. Also they don't offer a refund like any reputable company would when they are unable to perform a service so now I get to jump through insurance hoops to attempt to get my money back. Thanks for nothing GWSA.

Horrible company, horrible service, they called and left a message the day before we were to go out, after we had booked two months in advance and bought all our gear to say they had engine failure and could not provide us the service we paid for up front. understandable that mechanical issues can occur, but after calling back and leaving 5 messages over the course of two weeks to either reschedule or have them refund our money, they finally answered (ever did call back) to say they would not refund us our $800 and that this is why we got insurance. they claim that the fact they do not maintain their equipment that this was not in their control and was an act of god!  
Defiantly do not recommend.
