The hotel was well located and spacious. The rooms are well kept and staff is extremely accommodating. The convenience of having the room key and credit card attached to your bracelet upon check in is very well planned. It makes your stay even more pleasant add you are not dicing in a bag or pocket for a wallet. Both of my children enjoyed the water park immensely and could have spent all of their time there. I would definitely go back. The only downside is the cost of all extra activities not included in your hotel stay (bowling, arcade, MagiQuest, etc.)

This place has thought of everything. The water park is amazing. They have slides for the kids and larger ones for the adults A kiddie pool for the tadpoles and surf wave for the brave at heart. When you are not in the water park they have various activities for the kids from dance parties, to an animatronics show to coloring and yoga. In addition, their customer service has been top notch. I had a small problem in our room which was resolved less then 60 minutes later.

We love Great Wolf Lodge!! We just booked our 3rd stay! This is a great place for a family vacation or staycation for us since we are local. Fun for all ages! We obviously love the indoor water park, but my son also loves the quests and playing in the arcade. The rooms are great, nice and spacious! And we absolutely love the that the wrist bands are your room key and form of payment for everything throughout the hotel. No need to worry about leaving your wallet at your chair in the water park while you are having fun!

My children got sick from this place. I'm not sure if it was food poisoning or something in the water. Our entire family had burning, red eyes for 2 days after the trip from so much chlorine. Our lungs also hurt and we coughed the entire drive home. The shower in the family suite was only a trickle, so we changed rooms and the next room wasn't much better. The showers in the locker rooms were also horrible and not even hot. To top it off.....there were rude teenagers cutting in the lines. The staff failed to mention the birthday package available for my daughter when we checked in. I definitely was not impressed with this place. It's not worth the money. Don't go!!

Great Family Fun! Already been here three times. Kids love it and Parents Approve. The food is great and the staffs are nice... but great thing of all.. they have everything in the building.. not only swimming pools but arcades, shows, morning exercises to night dances.. its a lot of fun
