Disappointing there is no modern interface or app that shows bus routes nor uses Google Maps to show times/routes. Antiquated and a shame because they would get more business if they modernized.

Absolute trash. No where does it state any special hours for Presidents day transit (via website or any fliers), but the bus going to Lake George is "non existent today" according to another bus driver. Get told to call the office and it isn't even open. Garbage services. If you can find another way to travel, do so because their customer service is absolute trash tier.

To few buses and when you call to know when a bus is coming they don't clarify what stop you should wait at. I got moderate frostbite waiting on the wrong side of the street.

Rubbish. I can't speak to the other routes, but I've taken (TRIED to take) the airport/downtown commuter route 5 times. Of those 5 it's shown up twice. Not shown up 'on time' mind. Shown up AT ALL.
