Dr. Byrne is great but GMO is horrible. The office once was full of caring people but now that Georgetown runs the place it is all about money. 14 years of seeing a doctor and now you have to have an appointment to get a prescription refill.

Before I got on the road I called at 1:54pm and ask the young lady for their address I told her the address I saw on line and she didn't state they have multiple locations on the phone. If I would've known my appointment was in Woodbridge and I live in Woodbridge I would not have driven all the way to Alexandria ! You had the opportunity to tell me that they have multiple locations and she did not ! if I could give them 0 stars I would !! I drove all the way from Woodbridge with a sprained ankle and in so much pain only to arrive at their Alexandria location and was told that no one could see me I found that inconsiderate even if I don't have my insurance card on me I feel that it is simple to call billing and ask for the info! Why deny me services in there Alexandria location often times the medical world does not care about the pain people are in ! For lack of communication, if I could rate them a zero I would !!!!

The afternoon before my appointment I was told that my doctor would be in surgry and they had to reschedule my appt for the following week. I told them that I could not do that and that if they could fit me in with another doctor for that day, I would do that. They said they had an open appointment for 10 minutes later than my original, so I took it. When I arrived at the office the doctor that I had my first appointment was there. I kept my mouth shut and didn't complain and began to fill out all of my paperwork. The lady who was taking the paperwork from me was a complete grouch and it was only 9:30 A.M. She snapped at me whenever I had a question for her and treated me like I was an idiot and was waisting her time. I was then held in the waiting room for a hour before being brought back into a room and then I had to wait an additional before the doctor came in to see me. Paitients who came in before me were seen before I was. My doctor was amazing, but I had to wait two hours before I got to see her, for a total of 15 minutes. I missed my other morning appointments, because I was held up there for so long. Since then, I have had to go back and forth with the office because they are awful with sharing information with their phyisical therapist office. I also left paperwork to be filled out and I am still waiting for a phone call that it is complete; it has been over two weeks. If I could go somewhere else at this point and restart the process I totally would. Not only am I still suffering pain, because of their lack of interest in the well-being of the patients coming in to meet with doctors, but I now have a giant headache. Whatever happened to good customer service and helping those who need it?!
