They need help with their phone lines and customer service. They don't know how to work/answer their phones and talk to patients. They can sometimes be rude and don't like to display any understanding for customer's issues. I was given the run-around multiple times... it's not the best practice in town.

Love the springfield office. We wish we could contact them directly. Absolutely HATE calling the main number. No on ever answers the phone, always a long hold. Frustrating,doesn't matter the day/time.

Tonya #143 at the Springfield location front desk clearly enjoys the “people” aspect of her position and always has a friendly hello. She recently went above and beyond her duties to assist me. A fax was taking so long to be sent and after getting the dreaded busy signal for a while, she resourcefully called the place the fax was being sent to for an alternate fax #. This too received a busy signal and we agreed that I could leave and she would call me as soon as the fax went through. As soon as I reached the first floor using the elevator, there was Tonya in front of the elevator door, having raced down the stairs, enthusiastically waving the confirmation fax sheet on my face with a big warm smile. I couldn’t help but give her a big teary warm hug. Such a sweet soul who genuinely cares for people!

This is the worst doctor's office I have ever seen in my life. They don't care patient they care about money. I went with my mom for her blood work, waiting for one and half hour and after that they told me they don't have any information about her blood work. they were asking her what kind of test. I told her that your doctor gave her test so you should have in your record. She said her system is changed new system and that's why she could not find anything in there system. In that case they maybe can do wrong test or wrong treatment.
