Green Cab as always been my go-to when I need transportation but that is going to change. If you put in a time call to be picked up around a certain time, forget it...they are not reliable. I have been made late for work and late for other things several times. I try to give them the benefit of the doubt and put trust in their service but more often than not I am let down. The drivers are nice but the reliability just is not there.... 

And no, I will not email my concerns to the copy and paste reply Green Cab may post to comment, you won't like what I have to say. My concerns often fall on deaf ears therefore voicing my thiughts/concerns is a moot point.

I called 30 min in advance to have a cab waiting for my Van Galder bus to arrive at 11pm on a Tuesday night. They told me no problem. I ended up having to wait 20 min in the cold, pouring rain.

After observing how rude, inconsiderate, obnoxious, & idiotic one of your drivers is I'll never take a Green Cab again. You may be conscientious with the environment but not with your customers!

Green cab needs to have their drivers drug tested my driver hit another car while transporting myself and my seven year old .I was told he was not letting us out the vehicle had to flag down an 👮 while his dispatcher was on the phone I used green cab for work for everything some of my fares would be up to 60 and I always tip but after this ride I will never use green cab again disgusted former green cab customer @1514 troy dr

I like using green cab because ive never had a bad experience. They're always on time and are very nice.
