I applied for employment with this company. I wanted and still want to drive for Richland Center Taxi. I went to take a drug screen aka a urine test and could not go. I was treated unfairly because I was and sttill am willing to do a drug screen in the form of a blood test which is better then a urine test, and I was treated UNFAIRLY by Running Inc. they refused to let me do a blood draw for the same day test. They do not treat perspective employees fair at all. They also are doing this to another perspective employee as well I would say no one should ever apply yo this company. They said since I could not stay an additional number of hours due to not being able to stay, I failed the test which is an outright lie..

Called for a cab and they said they would send somebody as soon as possible. We told them exactly where we were and where we needed to go. We sat for an entire hour before calling back and the lady says they don't service the area we were in. Waste of our time. Worst customer service I've ever received.

They don't pay shot to their employees and they lie to employees as well.

very snobby driver acts likes she dose not like her job very unfriedly customer service. she can only handle 1 call @ a time the dark haired old lady with dark skin glasses that works at the casino and on theweekends

Awful customer service on the phone I called 4 times with no success, at one point a member answered started dialing numbers and then hung up on me- they are always rude and cranky and annoyed that they are receiving calls- you get transferred many times before you are able to speak to someone. Seems like they need to hire more help and need to get better organized.
