For the second time they denied my appointment. They called me and said they needed me to come in and discuss my results. Nothing to worry about just to discuss. I made my appt. and the day before they called to remind me. When I showed up on time for my appt. the receptionist said I did not have one. I politely informed her that I did. In fact the doctor initiated it. They said they had nothing for me. And I could wait a few hours. I said no way. I want to see the doctor. She said nope. Sorry good bye. As I walked away she yelled at the back of my head. Hope your day gets better, and I will have the doctor call you. Seven hours later still no call. I called the main office and said what gives. They said the girl was gone and there was a lot of Daves that morning. I said I guess you gave my appt to someone else. She didn't respond. So I asked to have the doctor call me. She said I absolutely will. Never heard another thing. It's been weeks. I still have the recording reminding me of the day and time. Totally unprofessional and uncaring. I now have a better doctor somewhere else. I should have left them the first time they did it. I assumed I had my appt. wrong. I didn't.

I was able to get an appointment the same day i called and was seen by the P.A Christ he was nothing be excellent and was very thorough on explaining everything i needed to do and followed up with me the next day on my blood work, staff was super nice and very helpful.

Was lucky enough to get a last minute appointment today. Despite being short handed, their service was professional and prompt. In the past, I had waited in this office for hours. Today's service was EXCEPTIONAL from every person I encountered.

Been a patient for over a decade... they used to be my favorite and I love doctor jason.. but honestly this is the biggest joke of an efficient doctors office I have ever seen. In the past 2 years I have had not one appointment not take an extra 30 minutes due to being "behind". The receptionist always have attitude with you unless it involves you being selfless and taking all of their nonsense. They had been sending a bill to an old address of mine from 7 years ago and couldn't figure out why I wasn't getting my bill in the mail and went as far as to say I wasn't paying it and trying to sneak off on a 20$ copay... besides those petty problems.. the service in general Is undeniably understaffed. They have one doctor at a time running in between patients getting the minimal amount of information about you to just get by and use multiple follow up appointments to solve a problem that could be handled in one session if the doctor wasn't busy with 4 other patients at the same time, I hope you don't have to deal with these people and their business they have destroyed.
