We highly recommend Veronica to anyone looking to buy or sell a house/investment property. Veronica is, in our opinion, the best real estate agent in the area! We couldn't imagine working with anyone else. She was extremely patient and understanding in our search for our first home/investment property. It took us about 2 years to finally purchase and she was there for us every step of the way. We looked at well over 100 properties, and no matter what, she was there to guide us in the right direction. During our search, we definitely started to get overwhelmed & frustrated with the buying process... we almost gave up and bought whatever was available and affordable. Although, Veronica set us straight! She told us, everything happens for a reason and if it is meant to be it will be. She made sure we made the right decision for us, and we did thanks to her! She is honest, hard working and really cares about her clients.She is very knowledgeable about the market and the process with financial and property aspects. She is prompt, kind, friendly, highly skilled, patient and understanding! We are extremely happy with the property we purchased. She treated me as if we had been friends for years, and I hope to continue that friendship for years to come. We consider Veronica a life time friend as well as our Maine real estate agent!

Veronica, Amelia and the whole Green Tree Realty team are truly exception!  We were living out of state when we were looking for our home in Maine.  Veronica was amazing.  She really went well above and beyond in helping us to find our perfect home.  No detail was overlooked- she is incredibly thorough and knowledgeable and this made the whole process much more fun and a lot less anxiety provoking to know we were in such good hands.  We love our home and can't believe how smoothly the entire process went, thanks to Veronica and the team.  I cannot recommend them highly enough.  Check them out!

Our experience with Green Tree Realty could not have been better.  Veronica set the standard for real estate agents from our perspective.  From the moment with first spoke with her, it was clear that her goal was to help us find the right property - irrespective of how long it took.  Veronica was aggressive in helping us find the right place but very patient when it came to my wife and I working toward that goal at our own pace. When it came to the technical aspects of the purchase, Veronica showed expertise in all facets of the process.We would STRONGLY suggest working with Green Tree if you are looking to purchase property anywhere in the greater Portland area.

You can't find a better real estate company than Green Tree! 
I have worked with both Veronica and Mike and they are amazing. 
They know the market, they know the customer and they put your needs first. 
I highly recommend them for any of your real estate needs.

I have worked with several brokers at Green Tree Realty and have had positive experiences every time. I work in the industry and realize how important it is to work with true professionals. Green Tree fits the description. They are a very well run real estate office and I would not hesitate to recommend their services to anyone looking to buy or sell real estate in Southern Maine.
