I moved to the area less than a year ago, and my step-dad suggested I take my dog here. From the moment I walked in, the staff was kind, professional and friendly. The doctor and nurses walked me through everything they were doing, and answered any and all questions I had. They didn’t push anything unnecessary, and they walked me through my options and helped me pick the best care suited for my dog. My dog has separation anxiety and doesn’t do too well around new people but he instantly loved everyone here! I LOVED my previous vet, so the bar was set pretty high - Green Valley exceeded my hopes and expectations. I can not recommend this clinic highly enough. Every interaction I’ve had with them has been warm, pleasant and downright fantastic. They all clearly have a passion for what they do, and I’m happy to trust them with my dog’s care!

These folks are the best. Very friendly and caring. We had to euthanize our dog of 14 years and they were so understanding. Really made a difference.

The staff at Green Valley have always cared for our pets like they were their own. We had to put our last old beagle down last week and they were very professional, but knowing we were doing the right thing. Still they were almost as upset as our family. We have brought our animals to Green Valley for over 20 years and when we go to rescue another pet from the shelter we will be right back to Green Valley for their medical care and vaccines. Thanks Green Valley!!

Not at all impressed. They do not accept the emergency voucher that the Humane Society offers, and after hearing a brief description of my dogs symptoms I was told that it sounded like something that could potentially be fatal and she needs to be seen immediately and I should go find an emergency clinic that that will work with me financially. They made it very clear that the money is more important then the animal here. EDIT: This is the Green Valley Animal Hospital in MARYLAND. I just spoke to the Humane Society and they say that this place DOES accept the emergency voucher, so I can only surmise I was turned away due to money. 2nd EDIT: In response to your offices reply I would like to make sure this is clear, I called and asked if your practice accepted the emergency care voucher from the Frederick county Humane Society. Your receptionist said she didnt think so but put me on hold to ask someone else. She returned to ask about my dogs symptoms, then put me on hold again. When she finally returned she informed me that you do not accept the voucher, the symptoms sounded like they could be due to a stomach flip condition which could be fatal, she said my dog should be seen right away, and to look for an emergency vet clinic that would work with my situation. I am aware that the voucher has to be pre-approved. I am approved, I was told you do not accept it. Period. I appreciate your apology, but the review stands.
