What a wonderful experience. My fiancé recently had out patient surgery and was very pleased with everyone. We were given clear instructions, everyone was attentive and most helpful. Her room was clean and organized. We read the negative reviews that seem to center around the ER, hopefully the staff there will become as good as the rest of the hospital.

I went on line to find an address for the hospital to send thank you notes to the nurses' stations that supported me with my recent surgery. Shocked to read other peoples' impressions. My experience, from the moment I walked in until the moment I left, was phenomenal. Every person was caring, kind & professional. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Apparently Holy Cross Germantown does not see children as a priority. You can literally sit with your child with an opened wound (bleeding) and they tell you that patient that come via the ambulance are their first priority. 

After waiting four hours the emergency reservation department had the audacity say that one with sickly children,should go to Silver Spring Holy Cross, because they have a pediatrics division. Such generous words from people that’s suppose to put their patients health first. 

Not to mention doctors who just started shift telling you that your child’s illness doesn’t not exist or is not to what is considered extreme. While co-workers are eating at the desk and making a mockery of their patients in the waiting room. 

This hospital truly does not represent the standards that Holy Cross has set. And yes Holy Cross Germantown is correct, I should of took my son to Silver Spring because at least that hospital represents the companies mission.

The worse hospital I’ve been too. So today I went with really bad flan pain on my lower left side. Ran tests and came out that I have a stone on my Left kidney, besides that my white blood count really high, high blood pressure and vomited whole time in the ER as well. The Nurse practitioner that saw me told
Me I was going to get admitted but then the doctor that was going on night shift all of a sudden said I was going to me sent home after me still in a lot of pain. What do these people expect? For you to die and then act?!! Never again will I go because I was in no shape for me to be sent home!!

This is insane, my mother is in no shape to be pushed out of a hospital where she can receive the care she needs yet there just trying to force her out the door. Called a nurse to help clean up after a bowel movement, took well over an hour to get any type of response and the response we got was “ok I’ll call your nurse” another hour later still the same thing. That’s how you treat your patients? Just let them lay in wet beds without any kind of care? This place is an absolute nightmare. I’ll be contacting anyone higher up that can get something done. Fed up. If I could give zero stars I absolutely would.
