I probably won't be using this jeweler again. I was told by a friend they were reputable and it could be they are, in general, but my experience was not great. I dropped off a ring to be re-sized and to have the shank reinforced on Dec 28th. I was told that my requested work would be carried out for $70 and the ring would be ready in a few days. I called to check in on the status of repairs on Jan 5th and was briskly told that I had been misinformed about the work only taking a few days and that repairs were not complete - that they would call me when it was ready. So I waited and waited...and received no phone call. I called again on Jan 26th and was told it was ready on Jan 5th, that they tried to call but got no answer. Why no voicemail was left or why they did not try calling again is beyond me, not to mention the fact that I had called to check in on the 5th. When I arrived to pick up the ring the shank had not been reinforced. I was told, at that time, that reinforcement would be an additional $300, funny because my original receipt indicated that the ring would be re-sized AND that the shank would be reinforced. All in all a somewhat frustrating/disappointing experience.

I wouldn't go anywhere else to purchase jewelry.   I trust this family run business; I have been a customer for more than 30 years.    I have worked with them to design  many custom pieces; and value their integrity immensely.    They really care about their customers and provide them with outstanding quality, honesty and great pricing.

I purchased my wedding and engagement rings here 11 years ago, and they still are in perfect shape. Look no further, the best jewelry quality at the best prices is right here.  Took my drawing and made it into real life, wont go anywhere else.
