I went there this week to get my FIRST Smart Phone. I had no idea what I was doing or how to use one. All of the staff has been very helpful. They helped me select a phone that would be easy for me to use. They got me set up and started. I have called once for help and went back once to get personal assistance. All of their staff has been very willing to help me.

Everyone that I have dealt with in this store has been knowledgeable and very patient. I highly recommend this Verizon store because of it's wonderful staff.

I walked in to this store today to purchase some headphones. I was not greeted until I greeted the two staff members first. I let them know what I was looking for and no one responded. As I started waking to the desk, one guy said "that's all we have right there, some are $29 some are $49". I still thought someone would come to help me but boy was I wrong. I started to ask which ones were which price but changed my mind and left. The customer service was no existent. I wonder what made them not want to help. HMMMM

He was very skilled and patient.
I applaud his efforts and relational skills.

My son and I came to upgrade our iPhone 4s.  I had already decided that we wanted to replace them with iPhone 7 Plus phones.  DINI was absolutely superb in every way.  She was absolutely professional and knew the answers to every question I had before I even thought of it and was very pleasant to deal with in every way.  I cannot say enough about the wonderful experience we had.  DINI made it totally painless and also totally transparent.  She made sure we understood everything, both technically and administratively.  She made an experience that I dreaded into a very rewarding outing.  I HOPE SHE GETS A PROMOTION AND A BIG RAISE!!  I don't know what her position is but whatever it is, it needs to be higher.  Although I hope she won't stop helping customers as she helped us.
