Staff is knowledgeable and eager to help the office was clean and maintain good vibe. I use their services before no complaints. You  just got to remember that they are about business. So they don't  take  Nonsense, straight to the point and don't take personal.

I have had a rough and bumpy road with this law firm staff. The owner of the company personally reached out and gave me comfort that he will take care of the staff.  He even hired an assisted to help support the attorneys. I appreciate Helen so much, because made it her duty to reach out to me every week to update me. This company has worked hard to keep their customers happy. It sucks that every company cant have the same compassion and urgency as this Law firm. Soon as they seen that I had an negative experience the owner took time out his day to fix it. That is very much appreciated.

I was very pleased with this law firm. Very fast response and great communication. I will advise my peers to use this law firm for any work and vehicle accidents. I will personally use this law firm in the future!

Please if you want to win a case or if you even care about what the outcome of your case will be I recommend you don't associate your self with this firm. They have poor(extermly poor) management and poor communication with in them selves. The only reason they still in the game becouse they been around since the game started. Ads are the only thing that's working for them right now. Please if you read reviews and other experiences let this review be your guid find different firm there are a lot of them in this area, take your time and ask people around and specially read comments. 
     This firm is not worth your time or your case!!!!! Don't follow their ads becouse you will fall in their trap! Be careful!! This message is based on first hand experience.

Mimi Gonzales is so accurate it’s scary. Similar story and more than likely the same exact lawyer that was assigned to my case. GB takes all of these negative comments and flips them into commercials with paid actors to LIE about the very things they are doing wrong. GB and their associates are a frigging joke. 

Please if you’re reading this review...there is a reason why credentials are needed. YELP, Healthgrades and Google reviews exist because of LIES. There should always be a platform for the truth in a world who thrives on the lies and prospers on lies from those who have occupations to help others in need. Shameful indeed.
