This is an awful firm. They take money from those who don't have it claiming they'll "help" you. I've had at least 4 different lawyers now not because I've asked for different representation, but because this firm can't get their thing together. My case has bounced around for four years now with no end and still I have to call and email and chase my attorneys down for simple things like if motions have been filled. I don't get updates from them and never get a timely call back. My case isn't even a big deal, but I've spent well over 3k just to try and clear my name. Save your money, go somewhere else that will actually work for you rather than just work to get your money.

Was pulled over and given EIGHT traffic violations. Mr. Hisim and Mr. Hernandez handled my case last minute for a considerably smaller fee than other lawyers. I am so grateful to have found this firm; the process was quick and efficient and everyone went above and beyond to make my experience stress-free. I also like how professional the receptionists were in reminding me of appointments and my court date. Thank you!!

I am completely dissatisfied with this law firm. A year ago I was stopped for being under the influence of alcohol, the officer made me take a sobriety test which I passed successfully, later he wanted me to use a breathalyzer which I vehemently refused. The reason I refused: exaggeration and abuse of power. After a long period of living in the USA, having contributed honorably, paying my taxes  and without having inclusion. Now through bad luck, I find myself at a point where I may have to leave the country. I hired this firm to oversee my case, I explained everything, detail for detail, concluding that the officer didn’t have sufficient conclusive proof to win the case. There were no urine tests, blood tests and much less a breathalyzer test; however they allowed a case so simple fall into the hands of immigration though it could have been avoided. The case took an unsatisfactory path in my opinion with little ethics and lacking professionalism . The first example: the lawyer in charge didn’t know exactly what or how to prepare for the case, nor was he informed or aware of the situation to present the dispute adequately. However, I, on my own behalf, was prepared, I even had my alcohol education classes completion certificate in my hands. I accepted that the MVA required the installation of a breathalyzer device in my car even though I had completed the course and provided all the information requested. The second example: the same lawyer postponed the case since the officer didn’t appear and asked the judge to postpone it. The case was postponed three times consecutively, a period that ultimately lasted eleven (11) months and 21 days. Finally the 21st of December of 2017 the case ended leaving emotional ramifications, powerlessness and disappointment. Dr. Andres Gonzales (Andrés Jezic Firm) is someone who speaks and doesn’t let others speak, has little patience and senselessly opted for the prosecutor’s deal, without fighting or negotiating and much less providing assurance of winning the case; since according to his work experience, the judge would rule guilty. The deal was to declare me guilty, six points on my driver’s license which could possibly be removed in two to three years, the case would be thrown out without any trace for immigration to get involved. On Saturday, December 30th I received notification from immigration of their request to interview me at their offices on January 10th, 2018. 
My questions are the following: Why wasn’t the deal made at the beginning? Why did they have to wait so long and allow my case to be so mismanaged? What type of strategy was used to solve my case? Why did my case fall into the hands of immigration if there was an established agreement? What was the point of so much wasted expense and time? For me, the fundamental point was for the case to not fall into the hands of immigration- that’s why I hired them. I hope this doesn’t end in a poor response from lawyers with a high degree of inefficiency and that they are able to fix the damage and bias that they have caused me. Only the owner of the firm should take over the issue immediately due to the high risk of danger to my status.
