It should be zero stars. While a few people on here had great experiences, I suggest believing the majority of the one star reviews. It is not an exaggeration in the least. The staff up front are completely unprofessional. The dentist that did my fillings was lovely but you spend most of your time dealing with the front staff. Just to make a consulting appointment where the doctor simply has to speak with you, no surgery, just talking, it is a month wait. Once that month was up, I got to the office fifteen minutes early at 10:45. At 11:45 I asked why I hadn't been seen when my appointment was at 11:00 and the girl up front said to ask the other girl next to her. I repeat my question to the other girl and she looks me up and tells me that the doctor is backed up and the wait will be at the very least another hour. Why, then, are appointments made??? I'm in college, I have to go to class and then work, I don't have time to wait because they overbooked the doctor that's only there two days per week. The least they could've done was tell me the doctor was backed up when I got there. Never going back.

Dr. Barrett should NOT be a dentist. And Jessica his coordinator is just as disgustingly cocky and rude and he is. He thinks he’s this dental God and know everything about your teeth and your life after looking at them for 5 minutes. He also REFUSES to listen to your second and third opinions from other dentists because his way is the only way. My second opinion told me that my veneer (which apparently the margins are wrong) told me that it was “the most aggressive looking veneer (he’s) ever seen.” He said it didn’t even look like a veneer to him. This man has ruined my smile, and has completely taken advantage of me. I hate him, and hope he is never allowed to practice again.

Generally, I won't give a negative review, but I have had so many bad experiences with this dental office that I feel it's warranted. At first, I let it go with the thought that maybe someone was just having a bad day, which everyone is entitled to, and I am more than willing to always show grace. But the demeanor, environment and just overall attitudes of the front desk staff is downright nasty, rude, and just despicable. The front desk staff is rude to each other, the medical staff, and most importantly to just about every single person that walks through the door. They barely acknowledge you as you walk in, act as if they could not be bothered to do their own job, and are downright disrespectful. This is now the 4th time I've been there over a year span and have had nothing but negative experiences. The medical staff is a different story. Super nice and attentive, but the front desk staff is the reason I will not be returning. First, they never answer the phone and when they do, they are rude or hang up on you. Took me MONTHS to finally get appointments scheduled for my son and I. Also, they make you wait unnecessarily long and never even look up from their dreadful, pained looks on their faces to check on you or tell you sorry for the wait. I would offer to train these miserable individuals some customer service skills and how to smile and be polite, for a minimal fee... But honestly, I wouldn't even waste my time with them, because I fear it would suck the life out of me! I will not be returning to be treated so rudely by people who are hired to treat people with respect and a kind disposition. I really hope some news outlet or newspaper picks up on this and reports it to the general public so they can stop wasting their time with such an incompetent dental institution.

It's a good thing I did not see these comments before taking my kids to Greenberg, Altamonte. My six and five year were treated by Dr. Harrell and an awesome nurse Amanda. I have to say, they had two teeth extracted (each), had multiple cavities filled, cleaning etc. etc..... but not a sound. Dr. Harrell was just fantastic and made sure she oversaw the kids' being treated and was so very patient.... Amanda and all the other nurses we interacted with as well were just spectacular. I'm glad we took our kids here.

I had a really good experience! I had 2 abscess.   The dental assistant had a really good personality & made me feel very comfortable. The surgeon was really quick & friendly.
