I came here as a walk in with my 2 kids and was delighted to find that they took our insurance. The staff is kind and efficient and the doctor made my babies so comfortable with his gentle demeanor. GREAT EXPERIENCE we will be long time patients!

Dr. DelFlore is personable, explains the procedures well and has a great chair-side manner. I desperately needed work done- as I was in pain, and Dr. DelFlore was able to see me immediately and neutralized the pain that same day while saving the teeth. Two root canals later, what could have been a painful and stressful experience was actually one that I didn't mind at all. Dr. DelFlore and the entire staff made the process easy and dare I say, enjoyable. My temporary crowns were so well shaped and fitted I could have mistaken them for the permanents- needless to say the permanent crowns are simply gorgeous and undetectable in my smile. Everyone there is personable and enjoys to laugh. I'll continue to use this dentist for as long as I can. I recommend you do yourself a favor and visit this office, too!

Delflore is the best,super friendly and is knowledgeable at his profession. His staff are friendly and will do their best to answer any questions! I’ve had 3 crowns replaced 2 which came back from the lab and Dr.Delfore was unsure of fit. So he sent them back and made sure they were made to certain specifications. I also had a Crown that was done by Coast Dental that came off under warranty. Coastal dental wouldn’t take care of me under emergency circumstances. So of course Dr. Delflore accommodated me to see him same day. This is why I switched from Coast Dental to Delflore, not to mention the 3crowns he’s done for me were the ones that chipped from Coast Dentals poor quality work. Last but not least his assistant...I believe is named Abby is just as great as Dr.Delflore....she makes you feel so comfortable and is super cute!

First visit today there and it was excellent. Staff and doctor are very professional and welcoming. Doctor is very nice and takes his time. Definitely recommend him.

     I found Patrick Delflore, DDS of 931 Centre Cir Altamonte Springs, FL 32714 online thinking this was a close location to my home and I could possibly make this my permanent dentist. The First visit was due to a terrible tooth ache. I received a really warm welcome and the dentist was super  friendly. I left feeling comfortable and confident I was in the right hands. However, that was not the case today. My second visit was a nightmare and the worst dental experience ever. I was running late to my appointment and as per the secretary they would still be expecting me. I arrived and was seated in the dentist chair in no time. The dentist began to work on the tooth as it was going to be a root canal. He finished in a rush and the dental assistance escorted me to the front. Upon walking to the front desk where the dentist Patrick Delflore sat, He told the secretary to refer me out. He would no longer like to see me. This information surprised me so I inquired about this action. This man said to me a patient and a respected small business owner in the community..... That I was late and I did not respect his time. He spoke angerly and irate over this issue. Seeing how upset it made him, I took it upon myself to extend an apology and explain work held me back and that if given another chance I wouldn't allow it to happen again. He refused and stated he did not want to deal with me. He said "DO YOU KNOW HOW MUCH IT COST ME TO SHOW UP TO WORK!, THERE IS A LOT OF STUFF THAT GOES INTO IT AND I SAY STUFF BUT I WOULD RATHER USE STRONGER WORDS FOR YOU"...It was one condesending statement after the other. I did not have dental insurance so I paid cash, he refunded me over this issue as well. 
     The reason for this review is this.... during my visit the dentist struggled over locating all of the canals in my tooth, he seemed hesitant and even stopped to research the instrument he would need to insert into my canal and kill the mircrobs. As a dentist this should be common knowledge it didn't look like it came easy to him at all.  I am familiar with the procedure as this was not my first root canal and I am certain it was frustrating him. Had I known he was this unprofessional and out dated on dental practices I would of never gave him a chance to treat me the way he did. He was not upset over the lateness he was more upset that my tooth was a difficult job for him. He handled this  very poorly, the secretary hung her head embarrassed, as he scolded me for my lateness. Not to mention they have a $100  penalty for patients who miss their appointment or do not give 2 days cancellation notice. Emergencies happen Just Pray that you are not locked into an appointment with this Dentist! User Beware, don't let this happen to you.
