I wish i could give this place a 0. Very unprofessional and unreliable both staff and dentist's. I'm almost shocked when someone is half way decent and act's like they at least enjoy their job..I wish i would have noticed this before i entered into a contract for braces here. Even the people answering the phone are very unprofessional and rude. Wait times are insane even when you arrive early. You definitely get what you pay for here. I recommend spending your money at a smaller office that will at least respect you as a patient.

everyone has something to say when they complain but when something  positive happens no takes time to write a review. So here goes mine ....

Front staff couldn’t be better!  They took me in emergency with no appointment and with in 20 min the dr was reviewing my x rays with me. 

Found out 2 wisdom teeth needed to be pulled and that same day the general surgeon consulted me , dr sterrett. 

 2 days later both pulled , the staff made me feel very comfortable and even made me laugh a few times as my nerves were acting up. Couldn’t ask for a better experience, thank you guys.

I took my 84 year old mom here for a new set of dentures. We signed a paper that told us it would be 4 weeks start to finish...it has now been 8 weeks! They are not nice when we call and ask. Very unprofessional and in unreliable. There are very few who work there that have any personality at all. Few smiles. Mom and I are super happy people and can get most to smile with us, but they are seriously unhappy there. I have over heard so many complaints when we have been in the waiting area. Sad.

This is the best dentist I have ever been to everyone is so nice and caring payment plans everything I would recommend this to anybody trying to get any dental work done and very clean and professional
