Absolutely horrible financial department. Opened Fortiva account, that was a mistake! Charged for services not rendered. When requested a refund, they lied that a refund was issued, and not my credit is suffering.. if I could give 0 stars I would

The entire staff at Aspen Dental was very friendly. I felt a bit insecure about my teeth but they made me feel very comfortable and assured me they be of great help to bring back my smile again. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great service with kind and friendly faces.

Where should I start??!! They make you pay in full before starting any work. My biggest issue was the treatment my 19 year old received. She had several things that needed to be done in a short period, college student). Against my better judgment I paid everything in full. Let's start with her crowns. They were her front two teeth (very important that it is done correctly). The people who did her temporary had several issues. 1) ran out of color. Instead of getting it from another location they had a conversation ( in front of her) about how they were not going to do that because they did not want to stay late at work. 2) left glue everywhere in her front teeth making it look like it was just one big tooth instead of two....SUPER sloppy. I called the next day but there was nothing they could do about the color . They cleaned around but nothing great. She was devastated and for two weeks only went to work and home. Very upset about the look. 3) paid for whitening that lasted LESS than a week. Never offered to redo. 4) had scheduled wisdom teeth extractions and made all necessary arrangements to have it done. She Took off from work, my mother came from another city to take care of her FOR NOTHING. She was NEVER given instructions on how to prepare and when she showed up they could not do the work. Wasted money, time, etc. AND they could not accommodate her for another month. Got refund but TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. Needless to say my entire family has left the practice AND believe me I will tell my story to EVERYONE I encounter along with ALL my coworkers.

Great doctor, great staff too.  Excellent.  Best dentist  experience ever.  Also fast and efficient.
