I had my first appointment with Dr. Syed and what a PHENOMENAL first visit! She is such a pleasant, knowledgeable, patient and engaged physician. Her demeanor upon walking into the exam room brought warmth and comfort. It's never easy going to a new practice, especially when you have to consult with a Specialist, but from the front desk to the lab, my experience could not have been more amicable.

I just left this office after the nurse was rude to me. My appointment was scheduled for 1:45. A lady called my name I got up, she signaled for me to sit back down.. She tell me I’m late and it’s going to be awhile before I’m seen. I have 2 people in front of me. I told her I would reschedule she then go on to say I was suppose to be here at 1pm and no later than 1:15. I told her my appointment was scheduled for 1:45.. she say I’m not going to argue with you. You can stay or leave but I don’t know when I will call you back. I told her I prefer to leave.. but I don’t understand how is it a argument if I tell you what time my appointment was and your time is incorrect.. I will never go back to this place.. thanks for your rudeness

Very bad experience, don't recommend this place to anybody. I was referred by my primary Dr. to this place, front desk people are not welcoming or friendly at all, when you are there you feel you are treated as a number no as a person. I say Dr. Syed and she order a ton of exams and she told me that she is pretty sure about my diagnosis. When I returned for my follow up appointment it wasn't the same doctor, they put with another Dr. He told me that he totally disagree with the diagnosis with Dr. Syed and order another tons of exams, that means I paid thousands there because you start receiving your bills inmeddiatelly, I am not sure if they file Insurance correctly because like I said I paid a lot of money when I went back for my second follow up Dr. told me that he thinks that will be convenient to run the same tests and exams in a year to come to a conclusion,?????What????? after all the money that I spent, 2 doctor couldn't come to a conclusion. Now my symptons are gone. I never will return to that place. They don't know what they are doing!!!!!!

I took my mother to GMA and Dr. Ajith Ramachandran is the worst don't take your pet to see him. The one star is because I had to put something however his nurse  Nancy is great.

I have been struggling through visits at this facility for a few years now. The rude staff, long wait times, and Nurse Practitioners that seem to be too busy to see you are a few off the negatives at Greensboro Medical Associates. On my last visit I was told I would not need to come back in until 2018 but my prescription ran out in December of 2017, I am now trying to get my prescription filled but 11 days later I cant even get anyone at Greensboro Medical to reply to my messages. Use these guys with caution. If you had a medication that is truly needed and they didn't fill it when needed it could be a very serious situation. These guys are horrible and getting worse by the visit...
