Terrible experience! I guess he returns favor for whichever dentists refer the patients to him or he is just old school as other orthodontists said: he always tells you to remove the teeth as the first step of treatment. But baby teeth have their purpose to stay there and time to fall off at different growth stage! Also he was very impatient or rude when you asked him to explain about his treatment! I asked all the friends whose kids did the treatment there: all were asked to remove baby teeth, range from 4 to 10!!! Do you know this is not only a trauma to a kid but will also change your face very unnaturally like a surgery?! I still remember what happened 4 years ago! He told me to have my 8 year old son's baby canines(which were supposed to hold there till 12 or 13 years old)removed by his dentists to make room for one tooth! I regretted so much that I did not go for 2nd opinion but went ahead to do that! That day my son was crying unusually sad and begging on the way to the dentist but I still let his dentist take out two healthy baby canines at the bottom! He got headache, which meant long mouth opening and the jaw bone was moving due to the bite or teeth change, and lots of bleeding because the teeth were so long and deep! Of course they were, because they were not supposed to fall off until 12 or 13 years old! When my friend said my son's chin became pointy or my relatives said his face had changed I realized how terrible mistakes I made, I took him to lots of orthotists who all said the teeth should have not be removed and just need a little expansion to get room! We had him wear lower expander but it could not go against all the effect of the two missing canines. The chin bone still looks narrower than before. Get a free second opinion if he tells you to remove your poor child's teeth! In most cases, their teeth are not crowded enough to be removed. Every body part has its purpose and your baby knows the best!

I've had braces before for three years and this is round two for me. Definitely a much better experience all around. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and the doctor is wonderful as well. I feel very safe in their hands that I will have the best experience and results. They are also extremely flexible in working with me despite my weird schedule. Fast forward to today. I just got my braces off and am so ecstatic with the results! It far surpassed my expectations and I am so glad that I trust Dr. Greenspan's expertise. Not only do my teeth look so much better than I hoped for, but we were right on schedule! I was anxious about this since many of my friends who got touch up braces as adults were told a few months but got extended to over a year. Dr. Greenspan was exactly on point with the timeline and he delivered all the changes he said he would. I have had ortho work for 3 years before, and I have spent a lot of years sitting in the offices of other orthodontists offices taking my younger brothers. I can honestly say this group sets itself apart in every way possible. They are so incredibly professional and friendly. They have extra attention to detail and are very thorough. Despite the amazing results and the fact that they are always busy, I never get the feeling that I have to stand in line to get good results. I have been to other top notch doctors before and got the feeling that if I wanted their expertise I had to work around them. Here I felt like I got the best of both worlds with top notch expertise but attentive care. I am blown away from the results and the experience. I would recommend Dr. Greenspan to all my friends and family. I got every penny's worth! Thank you so much!

I just got my braces off with Dr. Greenspan and I am so happy with my new smile. It did not even take that long. I am not very good at remembering things, like wearing my rubber bands to fix my bite, but I noticed the better I was at wearing them the faster my teeth moved just like they told me.... Everyone was so friendly and professional and it made having braces such an easy experience. Thank you Dr. Greenspan and staff you are the best!!

Dr. Greenspan and his staff are amazing They are accommodating and willing to work around school and sport schedules. The office is comfortable and the staff are professional and friendly. Dr. Greenspan is easy going and made my daughter feel at ease. I had the utmost confidence in his decisions throughout the entire 2 year + process. She had a few tricky areas and tongue thrusting issues. He referred us out to help with her tongue. He was a perfectionist every step of the way. I am so happy we found him when we moved here two years ago and I look forward to him guiding our younger son through his orthodontia needs in the coming months. Thank you again Dr. Greenspan and Staff. Best to you all and much success.
