I'm sure theyre improving but I waited about 15 minutes to cash out because no one could help the customer in front of me. Still a fine experience, but everyone around me was upset. Haha

Friendly, and I always try to give local business my business. Don't carry the variety I sometimes need, and some items that I like get discontinued. You will pay.a premium for electrical items. I was once quoted rates on wire that was double a big box store. A quick look up on my cell was all it took, so I would recommend the folks in the store have the same means to look things up when quoting prices.

Good service and selection, especially for a smaller town. There always seems to be at least one or two service people here that want to help me find the right product instead of just selling me stuff I don't need and moving me out the door. I've had a number of electrical and plumbing issues and they have repeatedly helped me find not only the right solution but often the least expensive one. Thanks guys and keep it up!!!

This complaint is concerning Greenville Ace Hardware, Greenville, MI 48838. We dropped three window screens for repair and screen replacement 1 ½ months ago and we still do not have all of our windows screens back yet. We have called frequently and spoken to the manager on several occasions, but with little satisfaction. All they would every tells us was that the man that repairs screens is not there and they would check on it and get back with us, but we never received any calls to update us the status of our screens. One time the manager promised to at least get us our screen door screen by the next day, but that never happened. Yesterday we finely picked three screens, but when my wife got them home only one of the three screens was ours. When she called to talk manager to complain she was instructed to bring the two screens promptly back. After she arrived with the two screens she asked about our screens the night manager refused to even to look for them and told her to come back tomorrow. Greenville Ace Hardware does not log their screen work in or tag the screens with the owner’s name. Their non-system is a big joke. Jerry
