Greenwood Funeral Homes and Cremation

Not only did our funeral director put the wrong name on my mother's death certificate, she then forgot to have her grave marker engraved. I called several times, on the death certificate but my director was not responsive. My husband had to go Greenwood and speak to other people there to get a change on the death certificate submitted. I called several times on the marker ( it has been almost 3 months), leaving messages, and again my director did not return my calls. I reached the individual who was in charge of scheduling the engraving today (September 7th) and he had just received the order to engrave my mother's marker. Today - just received - almost 3 months. I am giving two stars because other individuals at Greenwood were helpful, and kind, and appear efficient. I give two stars for this funeral director's incompetence in completing her tasks, then being unresponsive to the family when we call for help, and for Greenwood's enabling her to stay in that position when she is obviously lacking the skills needed.

Greenwood and Mount Olivet funeral Homes. Always receive 5 star treatment during those sad times. A dear family friend, Mary Ann Davidson is a top notch employee., she has helped us with many family member services. Now another family member Nora Gomez works there and we call her up for fast personal service too. Thank you to those employees.
