As I approached an intersection at a yellow light to turn, I saw a pedestrian illegally crossing in my way so I slowed down to yield and come to a stop. The car driving to my right belted through the light, (without tripping the camera cause it was still yellow) and the pedestrian locked eyes with me inside my car and stood in the middle of the road waiting for me to pass him like the other car was in the process of doing. I was slowing down to stop, but both variables here caused me to make a quick decision and move ahead so traffic could continue, without this man waiting for me in the middle of the street to move ahead. This would also prevent a sudden stop where someone behind me could have rear-ended me. Instead of even hearing out my case, like a child I was insulted for my driving decision like I was an idiot, from a judge who talked to me like bullies do in Elementary School. Actually if you want to know how they, (prosecutor as well!) actually talk to you it's like scam artists who have a pre-written "line" to give you and a ticket fee to collect after that. No class; as judge whatever and the court clerk either spent their Friday morning ruining family's lives, sending people home in tears over her OPINIONS - not her judgments, or just cracking jokes about their workplace together..... Unfortunately if you're Spanish or have bigger problems to worry about than their ticket scams, she'll treat you like absolute garbage too! Just let the judge think and act like she's doing to you a favor by insulting you and bossing you around, (in her delusional mind she is) and go about your day. If you register as a minority, I'm sorry but 5 minutes in and you can tell judge whitey's as RACIST as they come. Oh yeah, pay your fine cause that's all they really care about beside giving you a mom talk at the end... Be safe out there; police aren't actually doing their jobs it seems. Just penny pinching people. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL COURT HOUSE. I hope this google review gets actual law officials and politicians who know what they're doing to investigate this dump. It needs so much cleaning it's insane. And not tax payer money going to nice looking building material, clean. Like, actual educated employees who didn't seemingly cheat on there bar exam, clean. I think the judge actually thinks she's Judge Maralyn Milian from The People's Court. Maybe she should have her head examined; I'm scared knowing that she's a licensed judge in our state.
