I bought a new 17 Malibu in late October. My sales person was Tina Santucci. She did a wonderful job on getting me the car that I wanted.  This was the first new car that I have purchased since 1994! When the time comes to do it again I will be back and hopefully Tina will be there!

They took good care of me and now they have taken good care of my girlfriend when we were try to buy new vehicles. Even though my credit wasn't the greatest they were still able to help me get a newer, safe, reliable car.

Bought a used car two years ago, after a few DAYS of driving it, the starter went out and left me stranded an hour out of town. I had to put up a pretty big fight to get some help from the dealership. The repair and tow ultimately cost me almost $600 bucks, they agreed to cover my first month’s payment. $198.00. Was just going through some old paperwork and saw that they sold it to me with a warranty of 90 days or 3k miles, covering 100% of parts and labor. How dishonest to treat your customers this way, just because I didn’t mention the warranty. guess I learned a lesson to never do business with this place again.

I would recommend and give the service department 5 stars but the sales person I would not recommend and give him one star.  We signed an agreement for a set monthly amount, but he wasn't able to find the exact car we wanted.  He called us back and said he found a similar vehicle, that we acccepted.  He told me on the phone it would be the exact same monthly payments but of course when we came in to sign final contract the amount was higher.  I feel he was not honest with us, just wanted to get the sale.  I would not use this salesman again, or even this dealership for that matter.

My mom and I went in to ask some questions about leasing a cruze and talk numbers since my car is on its last leg. We walked directly inside and looked at two cars in the showroom to give them time to approach us. However, no one did.
Upon approaching the u-desk four people in red shirts were talking and one asked "Can we help you?" We said yes, and that we were wondering if they had deals on leases for cruzes. They said "absolutely" and shouted at the group of people in blue shirts to have someone come over.
While waiting for this person to come over (who didn't seem happy or wanting to deal with us) I overheard one of the red shirted people behind the desk say "Get off of your ass" in a quiet voice.
After going to her cubicle, she was less than helpful. She said that they were pushing buying rather than leasing (which is fine, I've worked in sales before and get it) and said leasing would be between $250-350, and a purchase would be much cheaper. But a purchase would have been in the same range of also $250-350. And when we told her about other deals happening in the area, she didn't even budge to make a deal or comprise. It was just a brief goodbye and a walk out the door.
My mother and I left feeling mostly unwelcome, and we are probably not going to come here again. 
I never usually write reviews but I think that this could be valuable feedback for the employees since they lost a sale and our business.
