The 2 that helped us were very friendly and seemingly helpful. The overall experience while buying our truck was great. The problem is, we were told the vehicles are inspected. After owning our truck for only a few months, we took it in to get brakes and were completely appalled at what was found. The condition of the brakes were not only worn, they were downright unsafe. $800 was the bill for the brake job. $800 taken from our wedding savings. The "inspection" that was done, IF one was done, should have led to the brakes being overhauled before it was ever introduced on their lot. There is another problem that we have an appt to get checked out. We understand the fact that we bought this truck "used, as is", but it never should have been sold in this very unsafe condition. We will not be purchasing another vehicle from this place and STRONGLY recommend that anyone think twice before shopping here. ZERO integrity.

Let me start by saying I've had a lot of really terrible experiences at car lots. So much so that I shop almost exclusively on Craigslist when I'm in the market these days. We took a risk stopping at the small corner lot on an unassuming corner in Hubbard. LTC Auto Sales didn't sound like the kind of place you'do have a great car buying experience but I couldn't have been more wrong! Lee was famously helpful from the moment we walked onto his lot. His selection was small but quality. His choice of used vehicles is very specific. No blemished titles, single-owner, well treated vehicles only. He runs the lot with a very no-nonsense, no gimmicks attitude and it really makes for pleasurable dealings. His honesty and friendliness made the process fly by. Lee doesn't push add-ons or warranties, but his word is truly his bond. A month after our purchase we informed him our AC wasn't blowing cold air. We dropped it off and he returned personally it to our home, repaired at no cost. His guarantee that any major problems he will personally take care of within the first six months. We had such a great experience,  we just had to share it!
