I've been going to Greg's on Mt. Helix for several years now.  I have no plans to go anywhere else.  Sheri and Brendon are absolutely wonderful.  They patiently explain automotive issues and resolutions.  I believe they are honest, fair, and totally professional - and I feel confident that they are giving me the best possible service.  In my experience in the east county, they are the absolute best automotive shop.  Stop going to the dealer....go to Greg's.

Tired of paying exorbitant fees to BMW dealers, I looked for an independent automotive service. Through AAA, I found Greg's Automotive and called on a Friday for an estimate for a brake job. The quote I received was significantly lower than BMW. I told the owner I would bring the car in the following Tuesday or Wednesday. I forgot to confirm and when I called on Tuesday morning to tell them I was bringing the car in, they almost did't take me, my fault. I appealed to Sheri, one of the owners, telling her that I would not be able to bring it in for several days and did not want my wife driving her car with defective brakes. She very kindly agreed to take the car and fix the brakes. They even gave me a ride home and when I picked up the car was given a AAA discount! I was very pleased with the entire transaction and I am pretty sure that Greg's will do all the repairs on our car from now on.

Great and courteous service!  They make recommendations regarding needed services but respect my decision to procrastinate or ignore until I feel it is warranted.  I have been having the families cars serviced here for several years.  I am appreciative that they expanded to the Helix location as it is incredibly convenient!    Keep up the great work and you will have lifelong customers such as us!

Be aware of this place , they always try to diagnose more problems than you expect it then they always try to persuade you to buy the parts which they said have problems ( I am not sure 100% they diagnose exactly because they don't allow car's observe their working on your car ) . You may end up have to pay much more than you expect it . Even I had an appointment for my oil change , I had to wait almost 2h to have my car done just for oil change + air filter change . I will never come back to this place .
