We had Greg build us a custom home in 2015-16. Greg was one of the easiest builders to work with. He worked with us when costs were beginning to get close to our budget. He allows the homeowner to make changes during construction and even makes suggestions during construction that an owner wouldn't think of. We were allowed to bring in custom bathroom vanities rather than having them build by the cabinet contractor. If your looking for a builder that will let you do what you want to your house rather than a builder that wants to hurry you through the process just to move on to his next project than Greg Senger Construction is the builder for you.
