Very disappointed I was looking forward to trying Greggs for the first time I called to place my order a day ahead of when needed as it is for a family party and was advised to call back because they are to busy. I hope the owner realizes that his employees are turning away bussines. I will not be calling back because I am to busy and there are plenty of other places who will be more then willing to take my money!

This used to be my favorite place. However, my husband just waited over a half an hour for a bag or bread and then went to pay. They don't take discover (understandable), but when he went back in with cash after going to his car they moved him to the back of the line. Pathetic.

I have been coming to this place for a couple years now. The food is good and I've never had a problem with the service until tonight. We walked in at about 20 to 9 and ordered to slice specials. We went and sat down and not even 5 minutes after eating the little girl working the counter comes up and says you have to hurry up we are closing in a few minutes. I replied we will leave as soon as we are done eating. A couple minutes later one of the little high school snotty kids working in the back mopping up the floor proceeded to say I want to go home don't they know we are closed. The person I was with proceeded to tell me that one of the idiots in the back said out loud you all need to get the f*** out we are closed. I asked the little girl at the counter what the boy's name was mopping the floor and she said it was either William or Liam. I proceeded to say that's not how you should treat customers and the little girl smiled and chuckled to herself. There are also two other people in the dining area and one of them pretty much said the same thing. If this is how you treat customers I would hate to have you cater an important event for me. I hope this gets address soon because I will not be coming back. The power of Facebook and social media is a powerful thing.
