The service has always been very good. They are very accommodating to how you like things prepared. They keep your drinks full. They move people in and out pretty quickly. I enjoyed the breakfast food. Hashbrown were well done, as requested.  We were all happy with our meals. Good quality diner food. Prices pretty reasonable. Drinks, iced tea and pop, were $2.59 each... with refills which was a little much. Eggs Benedict were a good quantity and delicious. I thought the sausage gravy was okay. Cheesy waffles were yummy with sweetened cream cheese sauce over waffles with fruit. You have to ask for and pay extra for fresh fruit, otherwise you get glazed fruit.  Overall, it was pretty good with lots of options for all.  Open 24/7.

Love this place! Haven't had a meal I didn't like. The club sandwich was delicious and I haven't been able to find one as good anywhere else. Their servings a large and the service is always fast.

Amazing food with casual family dining! My experience has always been a pleasure to the the palate! Friendly wait staff and excellent customer service... In addition, don't forget to explore the ice cream specialties, very creative and extremely tasty...

Portion size was great, flavor and service were wonderful as well. My fish and chips dinner was some of the best fried fish I've had in a while. I'm definitely coming back!

I suppose that this place falls into the rule that I’ve heard about diners, which is that you never should order food at a diner that isn’t diner-esque. Diners always have a ton of different things on their menu from a variety of food types, and the Royal Diner indeed does. But, they choose quantity over quality sometimes, so I’d say to be careful when you choose what you’ll get to order. I haven’t had their desserts, but they do look good, so I’ll give them that. Overall, the Royal Diner isn’t anything special, but it’s a diner for certain, and, at the end of the day, that’s it’s only purpose.
