Very deserving of the high ratings. Recently ordered flowers for our anniversary. Flowers were delivered the same day. The arrangement of spring flowers was beautiful, and HUGE, way larger than I would expect for a very reasonable price. My wife's coworkers kept commenting about how nice the flowers were, more than any other time I have had flowers delivered. Doesn't get better than that!

Should have believed in other reviews. I barely write reviews; but, I really needed to write one since I had the most terrible experience and wasted money on flowers that were almost dying. I was unable to make a choice of my flower since they had very little flowers. I just asked for what kind of flowers(color) I can get. He was very irritated with me and said "I am just going to make with ones that are left." When I got the flowers, the roses were about to die and two of the flowers were bent! Terrible experience and never want to shop there again.

Completely botched an order that I placed on a Friday for Sunday pickup (it was a corsage for a dance my son was attending that Sunday). We went to pick it up at the agreed time of noon and it was not only not ready, but the florist was too busy helping set up a party to have bothered to put it together the day before or answer the phone when the person working the store tried to call him. The person working had to look up on the internet how to do a corsage and then tried to put something together (the long delay made us late for another function we had that afternoon). Even more amazing is that the florist/owner has never reached out to apologize or provide some reason for the total mistake. Given that they botched an order for anniversary flowers last summer, I should have learned my lesson (at least that time they called to tell me that the order had not been delivered). I would have a backup florist ready if you choose to order from this florist.

For those of you who have worked with Twelve before, you know the quality of their work. I have to thank those guys for always making my arrangements from them stand out. Ordered flowers last weekend for my friend in the hospital. She had lots of flowers in her room but when ever someone came in they went straight to Twelve's arrangement with their compliments. Such a pretty mix of unusual things that I probably cant even pronounce. Recommend them to anyone who wants to wow their friends/family/clients....who ever!!!!
