I worked with Alejo at Greybeard to find my home and had a wonderful experience. He listened attentively to my needs and wants and brought me options that were a good fit. I was overwhelmed during the buying process because I didn't know all the ins and outs of completing such a big purchase and Alejo was great about helping me through the paperwork, explaining the process to me step by step, and making the entire process a breeze! Now I'm living in my new home and loving it! I would use Greybeard again in a heartbeat and really appreciate Alejo's hard work and dedication to finding me the perfect home.

Working with Annie Singletary at Greybeard Realty was a complete joy. She was knowledgeable, prepared and thorough in presenting homes and the Asheville market to us. Knowing that we were unfamiliar with the area, she took her time to show us a variety of neighborhoods and areas to allow us to get a better feel for where we wanted to buy. She found the perfect home for us and successfully negotiated the sale ----even though there were multiple parties interested in the property. Annie/Greybeard IS our Asheville realtor!
