The gentleman at the front desk was extremely patient and helpful. I missed my bus, and he was able to change it for me and found one for the very next day. The station itself is a good size. There is also a man outside that sells homemade food prior to departing that helps for the long ride.

Lots of scruffy men wearing jackets smoking cigarettes with a stripped cat looking for handouts. Some of these men will try to pet the cat. The closest I succeeded was a 12 inch distance by throwing hot dog meat from a man selling food out of his trunk. Everything is $3, but the hot dogs are the best. It is two hot dogs with chilli and cheese combined into one. Wheelchair accessible.

A cheaper alternative to flying or train but the transportation is unreliably timed for at least up to two hours. Some busses get lost, trips are nonrefundable, and another bus will not be sent if yours is late or goes missing

Needs more parking & Entrance to the desk and loading dock high traffic, Bus dropped us off in a undisclosed area.

Total dump and in a horrible neighborhood! If you have the money fly or take the train. Stay away from this homeless shelter at all cost.
