I'm here waiting for my bus since 7PM and the bus was supposed to arrive at 7:55PM. I asked the personal about my bus and they said that it was gonna get late 2 hours and 30 minutes. It's 12:30AM and the bus isn't here, the offices are close and nobody gives me info. I talked again to a guy and he just laughed and told me he was gonna change my ticket so I would get at the one the arrives at 1:25AM... BS! Lost my day here and now I'm stuck here for another hour and 10 hours to get to my destination. I didn't want to get an airplane 'cause it's expensive but I lost my time for trying to save somo money. Thanks to the guy that changes it but awful service and really rude security officers. UPDATE: 6:00AM The bus that I was gonna take at 7:55PM came at 5:30AM the next day. And the driver didn't want to take me because my ticket did not match the bus number, even it came 10 hours later and it wasn't my fault. UPDATE: 8:30AM Any bus arrived, had to ask for my refund that they said it's gonna take a least 4 weeks for me to get my money back. Awesome!

My friend a reasonable safe trip. The only problem the guy sitting next to her kept his eyes on her breast. She was uncomfortable on the trip. He did not touch it was the 👀.

All the lush smokers hanging out helping with baggage as free lance porters made me feel like they were going to steal my bags

Not the best with punctuality but it got me from A to B. I am most grateful. Not the greatest as far as temperature but again I got from A to B without having to drive. The bus driver was nice and I was on a route from Houston, but we made stops at Austin, Waco, Fort Worth and 2 Dallas stops. Overall, not too shabby.

Nice place. It closes early so beautiful you have to get your tickets during business hours. (Greyhound Station Wichita Falls, TX).
