Show up to the bus station at one like I was advised just to find out that they moved and never told me about it. Now I have no clue what to do

Awful. I arrived an hour early at my first stop and they were the most useless people I've ever met. They offered no solutions what so ever and they literally left as I showed up and blew off my concerns. Not only that but it's just a trashy looking place all around.

Mr. Hoard put a review on complaining about not getting a refund back on a non refundable ticket. DUH, TO YOU!!! WHAT DID YOU THINK NONREFUNDABLE MEANS. Sounds to me like someone was doing their job right. Or why didn't you spend the extra for the refundable one? That would make more since to me. Good luck in the near future for you
