Nice expect homeless they are humans too I take extra snacks to give them nice staff

Nice considering some I have seen and been in. Long routes though that you usually have to switch a lot from instead of one way on one bus.

This place dont know if through coming our going. They never know the schedule of there passengers.

Did not get service from one of the employees that worked at the counter. I was very upset with his reply when ask him question and not the way he should acted if was selling me a ticket for a bus trip. If it was not the only Bus Station in the area I would have used another service provider. Is problem needs to addressed as soon as possible because if not the company will loss business.

I personally do not like Greyhound due to my baggage getting lost repeatedly. The building at this location is well kept up with though and the customer service is excellent. They will try to help however they can to the best of their extent. They where nice and polite. It's on a weird street though. If you don't use GPS or don't already know where it is you may not be able to find it right away.
