Expensive vending machines. People in restrooms doing drugs. Was horrified when I had a 8 hour layover here on my trip to Texas from Illinois. I promise I will never return to this bus stop....Ever

Not very clean and the fact that the driver was falling asleep while driving causing us yo swerve onto the shoulder therefore waking the driver up due to tread.....thankfully am alive I suppose made it safely home...

No outlets for electronics (except a single one all the way in the corner), and it's so miserably cold even in the summer! At least there's some good stuff nearby.

Bus driver never showed up. Bus was supposed to leave at 7pm. We did not board a bus until 10 pm and got back to OKC at midnight instead of nine. They treat their customers as if they aren't paying them. At an airport people would ask for their money back and get it for this.  They just kept telling us it'd be another 30 mins to an hour. Also, on another occasion my husbands bag was not checked properly by the clerk and the bag was "lost". It was valuable the bag was stolen by the employees, I believe. I hate the greyhound and these are my only experiences of it.

Very low quality of service. People who works over there doesn't even know how to change date of departure in ticket. Pin Pad does not work, so pay for ticket is "cash only". They  don't pay attention to customer,  if nobody else in station. Just walking around. No "Good Morning", "Hello" or anything like this to customer.
Very bad service. I never used Greyhound before, and I'm sure will never use it after. I simply lost my money for my ticket which I just want to change departure for later date, and they could not!
Don't mess with Greyhound people!
